A trust pilled person doesn't hedge emotionally; they go all in, believe the best, and accept that getting burned is part of the deal. It can read as naively idealistic from the outside, but trust pilled people tend to attract genuine connections because their openness is contagious. The opposite of perpetually guarded.

Sus pilled describes someone who has been so thoroughly exposed to deception, red flags, or betrayal that they've internalized deep suspicion as a default worldview. The '-pilled' suffix, borrowed from red-pill ideology vocabulary, implies a one-way transformation — once you're sus pilled, naïve trust is gone. A sus pilled person doesn't need evidence to be skeptical; they come pre-loaded with distrust. It's part character trait, part coping mechanism, and always a little exhausting to be around.

Savage pilled means you've fully swallowed the ideology of not caring what other people think and acting in your own ruthless, unapologetic best interest. You've been exposed to enough 'cut them off,' 'stop explaining yourself,' and 'your feelings are not their emergency' content that it actually rewired your behavior. Savage pilled people don't ghost — they communicate clearly that they're done. They don't vent — they act. The pill metaphor implies a conversion: there was a before and after, and the after version simply does not tolerate the nonsense the before version would have accepted.

Someone who has fully internalized and accepted the simp worldview — treating generosity, emotional availability, and romantic devotion as genuinely good qualities rather than embarrassing weaknesses. Being simp pilled means you've swallowed the belief that putting someone first is the right move, even if internet culture mocks you for it. It can be sincere (a genuine defense of romantic generosity) or ironic (someone who has given up pretending they're not a simp). Either way, they've fully committed to the bit or the belief.

Having been awakened to the full, unfiltered truth of a situation — so thoroughly that you can no longer unsee it or pretend otherwise. Someone who is real-pilled has had their illusions stripped away and now operates on uncomfortable honesty, whether about relationships, society, or themselves. Unlike red-pill rhetoric, real-pilled is context-neutral and often humorous, describing the moment you finally accept what everyone around you has been saying. It's the slang equivalent of taking off the rose-colored glasses permanently.
