  • I'm sure not! But I guess people who know a bit about wine might know about it and therefore recognise that someone with a lapel pin has some qualification. A bit like a concierge wearing Les Clefs d’Or's lapel pins. Most probably wouldn't know what that means but some might.

  • ours were a little less than $90! my friend called the amex concierge to see if they could get her tickets (that’s how we got harry styles tickets) and they said the cheapest tickets were $300 so we really didn’t think we were going to be able to go but we got so lucky!!
