Brekkie-coded things feel comforting, unpretentious, and quietly domestic: cream-coloured knitwear, wooden spoons, linen napkins, podcasts about slow living. A person who is brekkie-coded probably owns ceramic mugs they bought from a farmer's market and takes their time with things. The opposite of chaotic or high-stakes. Reliably calming, reliably nourishing, reliably there at 8am.

The focused, semi-sacred mental state someone enters when they are fully committed to the ritual of making or eating breakfast — all other obligations paused, phone face-down, priorities reordered around toast.
